Our Classes
Bushbaby Class
18 months – 2-year olds
In the Bushbaby Class we strive to create a stimulation environment that is relaxed, fun and loving where the children feel safe and secure to grow and lean in all areas of development. Our goal is that every child that passes through the Bushbaby class move on knowing that they are special, loved and that have developed a real love for school and learning.
Squirrel Class
2 turning 3 class
In the Squirrel Class is all about nurturing and developing a love for learning. We learn about honesty, sharing, respect and forgiveness. As we learn through play, there are so many fun and excited mediums we do to teach this. Learning takes place not only in the class but in all areas of our school. There is nothing more inspiring to see the face of a child who has mastered a new skill of conquered a challenge.
Meerkat Class
3 turning 4 class
In the Meerkat class we have fun learning through art, messy play, science experiments and so much more. I believe that every child is a different kind of flower and all together they make this world a beautiful garden.
Hedgehog Class
Grade R
Learning is about fun, senses and joy…we run a formal programme jam packed of exciting and different teaching methods. Why be an in the box teacher when trying to create out of the box learners.
Honeybadger Class
4 turning 5 class
Our class is fun-filled with lots of sensory orientated activities to help the four and five year olds explore, grow in knowledge and confidence.
The 4-5 year old goes through an intense period of change, including the transition to group play and more complex social interactions. A language explosion occurs, leading to the beginning skills in writing, reading, the emergence of number sense, number recognition and great changes in their development.
In the Honeybadger class we nurture all that as well as, focusing on developing the children’s confidence and independence, which gives them an excellent head start and foundation for further learning in life.
